Advice for Even-Odd Rule Breaker

Lets start with the 3 "W" means "What, When and Who" with reference to Even Odd Rule Scheme for Delhi during 15th April to 30th April 2016.

Note 1: What is Even Odd Rule?
The Answer is very simple to this question, The Car number ends with Even number e.g 0,2,4,6,8 will be on road during date which ends with even number.
Sample Example for Even Number Car: Ram has a car with number DL-3C-XXX2 which ends with 2 i.e. is even number so he can only ride his car on date which ends with 0,2,4,6,8 and only sunday even if its odd number day.

Same follows for Odd number ending car e.g. 1,3,5,7,9 will ride their car on odd number dates exception is there on Sunday only for odd cars too.
Sample example for Odd number car: John has a car whose number DL-5D-XXX7 ends with odd number can use his car on odd dates i.e. 1,3,5,7,9 or ends with the same number.

Note 2: When this Scheme/Rule comes in Action?
This Rule/Plan of Even-Odd scheme will be in action from 15th April 2016 to 30th April 2016 and between 08:00 am to 08:00 pm everyday except Sunday. This is a second trail run of the Plan which comes in action for next 15 days to see the effects.

Note 3: Who gets relief under this Rule?
This rule is only applicable for common man but their also some relief or we can say exemption for common man too e.g. CNG, Electric, hybrid cars, two wheeler's and female drivers are exempted from the rules. All government bureaucrats are also gets relief from rule.

All CNG-enabled vehicles
Electric driven vehicles
Hybrid custom cars
Two-wheelers
Car driven by lady, with only female colleagues.
Vehicles driven by a lady, with children under the age of 12
Medical emergency (should carry proof) moves towards hospital
physically challenged person vehicles
Emergency vehicles - Ambulance, fire, hospital, prison, hearse, enforcement vehicles, etc

Indian Vice President
Indian Prime Minister
Chief Justice of India
Speaker of the Lok Sabha
Deputy chairman of the Rajya Sabha
Deputy speaker of the Lok Sabha
Governors of the states

Note 4: Fine or Penalty for the Rule break of Even Odd Plan?
Rs 2000 is the charges that will applied for the violation of scheme or seizure of car documents for challan . Delhi government is very strictly follow the rule during this period with a huge volunteers to stop rule breaker. So be ready to help Delhi be a beautiful place once again but not to break rules.

Delhi government lauches a special app for this duration names as "PoochhO carpool" to help common man who get affected during this plan and make them on ease, this app helps every well.

Earlier Twitter helps Delhiites during even odd days about nearest bus and metro stations using the hashtag #pollutionfreeDelhi and entering the origin and destination may be this time too they comes with same or something new idea.

After 15 days of January trial, there is a great impact on the delhi air pollution level which brings the attention of all towards this plan to bring it again and further too if its gets better respond from delhi.
